“Innovative, compassionate, respected, and a visionary. Rickyl is a leader that rolls up her sleeves and gets her hands dirty in any capacity. Rickyl created such a powerful community of learners among the students and more specifically among the teachers. One thing I enjoyed while under Rickyl’s leadership was with great sensitivity and authenticity she explained professional growth, data and how to lead leaders. She made sure we had whatever resources we needed and wanted.”
